📣 A little customer service + car diffuser update!

First and most importantly, if you EVER have an issue with one of our products, please contact us!

We are always more than happy to work with you, fix the issue, and make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love the products you get from us!

🚗 A quick reminder about our car diffusers!

When we sell these, I always give my little car diffuser pep talk, because there are a few important things to remember:

✨ These diffusers do swing around in your car!
✨ Every couple of trips, please check to make sure your cap is still tight and secure.
✨ Do not over-soak the lid. Too much oil on the lid can cause it to leak.
✨ These are safe to use as long as you follow the directions for use.

And if you EVER have an issue, whether your lid isn’t staying tight, your diffuser is leaking, or something just doesn’t seem right ….PLEASE reach out to us!

We can always work with you to get you a new diffuser or a replacement lid when needed.

We would much rather have you contact us so we can make it right than have you be unhappy with a product!

Well, hello there, spooky season. 🎃

Welcome, October! 🍂

We hope your month is filled with spooky fun, cozy nights, & pumpkin everything, and many scares.

WE HAVE A LOT OF NEW FRIENDS AROUND HERE!

So over the next few days, we wanted to take a little time to introduce you to the people behind Small Town Wicks & Suds!

First up… meet the owners …. Cody & Destiny!

🕯️ Destiny founded Small Town Wicks in 2021 and opened the storefront in 2023. She has poured her heart into this business and absolutely loves creating, researching all-natural products, and finding new ways to make the store better.

She’s a mom to four, a wife (of course to Cody), and also works as a PCA in her spare time. She absolutely loves the clients she works with! Basically… she’s always busy and somehow still finds more things to add to her to-do list. She truly loves what she does and is so grateful for everyone who supports this little business!

She has a heart of gold and will absolutely go the extra mile for anyone. She genuinely cares about the people around her and always tries to find a way to help, even if it means going out of her way.

🔨 Cody is our unofficial “Fix-It Felix.” If Destiny & Ashley have a project, Cody probably has a tool for it. He’s the guy behind a lot of the little upgrades and improvements around the shop!

He’s also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to technology. Need something figured out in that department? Cody’s your guy!

When he’s not working on the store, he’s an amazing dad to four kiddos and works as a painter in a cabinet shop. He also LOVES making candles… but whatever you do, don’t ask him to make a wax melt.

We are so incredibly blessed to be able to continue growing this little shop together. What started as a small idea has turned into something we pour so much of ourselves into, and we truly wouldn’t be here without the love and support from all of you. ❤️

It’s the small little upgrades that we are making, that I have been excited for!

We have been working hard on making our shop feel more cozy & welcoming!

This week we have added a brand new receptionist desk, another grid wall on our wall for MORE products coming.

Pretty sure Cody is over me & Ashley giving him a list of projects 😂

& what am I most excited about? The door bell that goes off when you walk into the shop. 😂 pretty sure Ashley is over hearing about it. Lol.

Now? It’s time to pack these shelves with products!!

Ashley had restocked Halloween/Fall Tumblers. Fall display is looking amazing!
