Welcome to Transformations Medical Spa of Somers, Connecticut. Almost 25 years ago in our small country town, Laura founded the Somers Day Spa & Salon and 10 years ago, Transformations Medical. We are proud to provide the most innovative medical aesthetic treatments around, as well as VIP Med Spa memberships for regular skin maintenance.
