THIS is entrepreneurship too.

Everybody sees the finished product.
The beautiful space. The clients. The bookings. The growth. The vision coming together.

But sometimes entrepreneurship looks like this… cleaning toilets in the very space you prayed for.

And strangely enough, moments like this keep me humble.

Because I remember when 3130 Collective was just a vision. I remember praying for God to expand Nani au Lash & Skin Studio . I remember asking Him for more and now that He has entrusted me with more, I never want to become too “successful” to take care of what He gave me.

I don’t just want God to bless my businesses. I want to steward His business well.

If that means cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash, wiping down the lobby, serving my tenants, loving on my clients, fixing what breaks, or doing the things nobody sees. I’m grateful that I get to do it.

Because stewardship isn’t glamorous.

It’s taking care of what belongs to God as if you understand Who it really belongs to.

3130 Collective and Nani au are His before they are mine. And I believe when I keep the atmosphere clean not just physically, but spiritually. When I honor Him in the details, treat people well, operate with integrity, and remain grateful, I create room for Him to move freely in what He entrusted to me.

“Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.” 1 Corinthians 4:2

So yes… I’m the owner.
And yes… I’m cleaning the toilet.

Because I prayed for the building that toilet came in.

And I’ll never be too big to serve what God trusted me to steward.

Lord, don’t just bless what I’m building, teach me to build what You’re blessing.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part Time Receptionist to join our team.

3 days per week
9 AM to 3 PM
Approximately 18 hours per week
$250 per week before taxes
Slidell, Louisiana

Beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required.
