We all know what’s right around the corner… heating season. And with oil prices skyrocketing, this winter is going to be especially difficult for some of the seniors in our community.

So this October and November, Pine & Willow is holding our “Help Keep Our Seniors Warm” fundraiser! 🔥❤️

100% of every donation will go directly to the Federated Church Heating Assistance Account to help local seniors with their heating costs this winter.

And as a little thank-you, ANY donation amount will get your name entered to win a FREE foot soak, scrub & massage here at Pine & Willow! 🦶✨

We know things are tight for everyone, so please know that no donation is too small. A few dollars here and there can add up to something really meaningful when our community comes together.

Let’s help make sure our local seniors can stay safe, cozy, and warm this winter. ❤️🔥

I’ve always thought of happiness as something we experience in moments rather than a constant state of being.

It’s the calm you feel in your life and in your body. It’s those days when you choose to look on the bright side rather than diving into the darkness. It’s appreciating where you are while still knowing there are things you can change.

Take a moment today to think about where you’re at. What could you change to move closer to the kind of happiness, peace, and joy you want in your life?

Whatever it is, start taking those little steps toward it. Make it happen. Believe in yourself.

Have you laughed so hard that you cried lately? Or just simply could not stop giggling??

Oh, my gosh…

If you’ve met Vicki's "book”, you may have a love/hate relationship with it...but it made for the most beautiful unexpected healing…

She looked at the first emotion behind her daughter's shoulder pain and says she might have snorted...just a little bit...

The second emotion cinched it.

She read them to her girl.

They both giggled...then just laughed. She had tears running down her face...they were so spot on, perfectly describing a situation that was going on around her girl…

Looking at emotions for the neck...only intensified the laughter…

But...Vicki realized awhile later...that her daughter's pain disappeared somewhere in that laughter…

This is her favorite place to work…

Those emotions were never meant to be trapped...they may be behind more of your dis-comforts than you realize...
