Sometimes that means focused work on one or two problem areas. Sometimes it means combining therapeutic techniques with relaxation work. And sometimes your body is telling us it just needs to slow down.

The goal isn’t to see how much pressure you can tolerate. 😂 It’s to use the right techniques, in the right areas, for what your body needs that day.
