Anyone else have trouble drinking enough water every day? 🥴 or is that just me?
I recently started using Young Living’s vitality drops & wow! My daily water intake has increased dramatically!!
I especially love them in the afternoons or on a hot day!
They are formulated with essential oils (different ones depending on the flavor you get), & natural electrolytes!
We get the variety pack- it has lavender lemonade & grapefruit bergamot!
I love knowing we are getting extra nutrients with our water!
Here are some tips for drinking enough water throughout the day! 💦
1. I have found that having a large cup really helps so that you can set a goal for yourself! Have a cup that has markings on it so you know how many oz or cups you’re actually drinking so you can keep track!
2. A straw! Having a straw helps me to sip on my water gradually & therefore get more in a shorter amount of time!
3. Make it a daily habit! Small steps towards lasting change!
4. Have accountability! Others can help you so that you can stay healthy & meet your water quota goals!
5. YL vitality drops! They have really helped us! No extra sugars or dyes!

A little bit of happy & a little bit of sunshine!
New favorite part of my kitchen- hands down! ☀️
The natural light, my curtains, my window out my kitchen sink, & of course my new edition- my flowers! 🌻
What’s your favorite part of your kitchen?! 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

I love my boys 🥰
Griff has been mr. snuggle bug ever since the fireworks started yesterday & we aren’t mad about it.
Just takin it easy after all the excitement yesterday. Poor little guy was all shaken up, despite all the things we did to try to help him 😓.
He’s all good now & soakin up all the love this morning.

Special dinner date with the hubs at the Wooden Spoon tonight & it did not disappoint.
Loved the food & the company! 🥰
Thanks for a great time Anthony!

I was recently convicted that I don’t openly share the goodness of God & look for opportunities daily to proclaim the gospel.
The same gospel that shows of God’s faithfulness during the seasons of drought , the same gospel that shows His nearness during grief, the same gospel that shows His ability to provide, the same gospel that sees beauty in the everyday....
Following Jesus- it’s not always easy, it’s not ever perfect, it’s not always sunshine & daisies- but it’s the best decision you’ll ever make!
If God can do it for me, then He can do it for you.
I have currently had a lot of time to spend outside enjoying the things the Lord has made for me to look at & enjoy.
I have found joy in a new group of people to do life with. I have found joy in spending time outside. I have found joy in letting go of my expectations & timing for things.

“Come and see what God has done: He is awesome in his deeds toward the children of man. He turned the sea into dry land; they passed through the river on foot. There did we rejoice in him, who rules by his might forever. Yet you have brought us out to a place of abundance. Blessed be God, because he has not rejected my prayer or removed his steadfast love from me!” Psalm‬ ‭66:5-7, 12, 20‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Well... Thieves cleaner does it again ✨
I will spare you the details of the before picture because it’s super 🤢.... but let’s just say I didn’t realize this cooler still had some water & moisture in it & it developed some mold.
I got out a rag, my thieves cleaner, & thieves dish soap & got to work scrubbing outside & sprayed it down with the hose!
In no time- it was all clean & free of mold!
No harsh chemicals & my dogs were right by me the whole time!
We love that we have one cleaner that doesn’t it all! 👏🏼
The best part is, all of our products are delivered right to our door in our completely customizable monthly wellness box! The only things we get from the store are food & toilet paper. 🙌🏻
If you don’t have thieves cleaner, get it on your next order or if you aren’t a member yet, we have a thieves kit! It’s only $125!

So thankful for clean sunscreen that isn’t filled with tons of chemicals 🙌🏻
If you haven’t already, look up what’s in your sunscreen so you know exactly what you’re putting on you & your family’s bodies this summer.
If you’re not sure if it’s considered “clean” or not, use the “Think Dirty” app to put in your sunscreen & see the rating!
This is one of the many amazing products Young Living offers other than oils that you can purchase at any time 24% off retail cost as a wholesale member!
We have lots of options to get started & of oils aren’t your jam, don’t worry- there’s something for everybody!

All of my favorite flowers in one big, beautiful, bouquet! ✨
Thanks to a friend of Anthony & I (actual our boss at the time that we met) we have this spread! 🌻

Thieves was one of the main reasons we started with Young Living! ✨
If you’re ballin on a budget like we are, & trying to live the toxin- free life, thieves is the way to go!!
We have all the things & thieves laundry soap can be made to be as efficient & cost effective as the leading brands!
Young Living offers a thieves starter bundle so you can make it all happen at once. Who needs & wants to have to keep up with 16 different cleaners?
Umm.. not me. No thanks.
From my cleaner, to soaps, to dental products. You name it. The thieves line has it & we are here for it! 👏🏼
It doesn’t have to be scary, doesn’t have to mean commitment to monthly orders or doing the Young Living business.
It means, taking a look at the products you have now & making better educated choices about what’s in your home!
I know for us, I was SHOCKED to find what I thought were “clean” products, were actually full of chemicals & carcinogens.
Don’t wait on the sidelines— it’s an investment well worth making & can be done affordably too! ☀️

We worked really hard & built a screen door today for the front of our house. ✨
We like it way better than the one that ripped off in the storms back in the fall.
Super proud of the way that it turned out!
