We like to think we have tomorrow.

This week has reminded me how precious the time we have with each other really is.

I’m keeping some things private, but I wanted to share what has been on my heart: let the people you love know they matter.

Make the call. Say “I love you.” Thank someone for the ways they show up for you. When you can, put down the phone and give them your attention.

Not because we should live afraid of what might happen—but because love deserves to be expressed while we have the opportunity.

And extend that same grace to yourself.

Being a better version of yourself doesn’t mean getting everything right. Sometimes it means apologizing, accepting help, choosing a kinder response, or giving yourself permission to rest.

As today comes to a close, ask yourself:
“Did I make room for what matters to me?”

There will always be unfinished things. My hope is that we leave a little less love unspoken and give ourselves—and each other—a little more compassion.

Tomorrow isn’t promised. Let that remind us to love more fully today. 💙

Nicole and I are getting Renew U Infusion & Wellness ready to welcome you. Our clinical provider account activation is still pending, so IV and in-center injection appointments haven’t officially opened yet.

We’re hopeful for Friday or Saturday, but it may be next week. I’ll announce it here as soon as we’re cleared to begin!

Our first supplies just arrived—and this is starting to feel REAL! 💙📦

My fellow nurse Nicole and I are launching Renew U Infusion & Wellness, and we’re excited to share our first menus with you!

Our three GLP-1/peptide options are officially available to begin the booking and medical consultation process. The pricing menu is pictured below!

Today’s delivery included our Basic Hydration infusion supplies and B12. We’re now waiting for clinical account activation before beginning those appointments, with the remaining medications expected by Friday.

Our target IV and in-center injection soft opening is planned for Saturday, October 10, pending activation, delivery, and final readiness. We’ll confirm as soon as we’re ready to welcome you! 👀

We’ll offer options at Renew U Wellness Center in Sherman, mobile visits to your home or office, and event services planned at least three weeks in advance.

And coming soon: select prescribed, self-administered injections delivered directly to your home—including NAD+, NR, Glutathione, B-Complex, and B12—with instructions and support.

Availability varies by service, and medical treatments require screening and provider approval.

There will always be another task that could be completed.

Another person who needs something.

Another reason to postpone rest until a more convenient time.
