As many of you guys saw in our stories this weekend Alyssa and I went to Florida this weekend. What I didn’t elaborate on was that we went to celebrate Alyssa’s, 5 years at Balm. I could say many things that I love about Alyssa, starting with the fact that she is so generous, hospitable, kind, funny, loving, quirky, but most of all she has one of the best hearts I’ve ever met in someone. Recently my niche has been taking people back to their natural color. I absolutely love taking people grey or their natural color after they’ve colored it the opposite for so many years. I love to see more and more women feel comfortable in their natural state since society has deemed it uncomfortable for such a long time. To embrace oneself is to feel a different kind of freedom.

We did the most beautiful reverse balayage today. Transitioning her full highlights to a softer look while still being blonde but less maintenance 😏
