My youngest 7 year old was struggling to fall asleep tonight. He woke up at 2:30am and didn't fall back asleep until around 1:30pm this afternoon when he took a 3 1/2 hour nap. Naturally the long nap late in the day made it harder for him to fall asleep tonight.

I absolutely love the blessed essential oil blend. Thankful will be in my October monthly diy recipe kit. Now I just need to get the grateful blend. I can't wait. They both sound like they will smell amazing. I often make my own blends but sometimes having a premade blend is nice.
