Meet Stephanie (aka Steph), our Front Desk Patient Experience Coordinator at Unalome House!

If you’ve walked through our doors recently, you’ve likely been welcomed by Steph’s friendly face! Her path to healthcare is as unique as it is inspiring. With a background as a trained illustrator specializing in digital art and comics, a pivot into retail taught her the ins and outs of horticulture and home decorating. She eventually transitioned into healthcare as a physical therapy technician, bringing a wonderfully diverse mix of creative talent, hands-on care, and people skills to our front desk.

Outside of the clinic, Steph has been married since 2018 and is a devoted dog mom to two rescue pups. In her free time, she’s a constant creator—whether she's gardening, drawing, or diving into her latest crafting adventures like embroidery and custom card making.

Meet Ashlee Reibert, PA-C, our Partner, Lead Physician Assistant, and Associate Clinical Director at Unalome House!

After spending eight years caring for patients in one of Maryland’s busiest emergency departments, Ashlee brought her deep clinical experience and patient-centered focus to our practice. Today, she helps shape both our clinical care and the continued evolution of Unalome House. Specializing in functional and integrative medicine, hormone and thyroid optimization, metabolic health, regenerative medicine, and advanced medical aesthetics, Ashlee looks beyond individual symptoms to understand how your overall physiology works together. Her goal is to create tailored plans that help you feel, function, and age your best—with aesthetic results that enhance your natural beauty.

When she isn’t guiding patients or working with our clinical team on practice innovation, Ashlee is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom to two boys. She loves traveling and spending quality time with her family, a perspective that reinforces her core belief: meaningful health and wellness should support a full, vibrant life.
