With hot summer days, which we ALL love, we know calendars fill up quickly and spontaneous plans become a little more tempting. We love seeing everyone out enjoying the sunshine!

As a small business, however, our appointment times are valuable and are reserved specifically for each guest. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, it often leaves us with an empty spot that cannot be filled.

To ensure fairness to our stylists and their schedules, we will be enforcing our cancellation policy:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 25% of the scheduled service will be charged.

• No-call, no-show appointments: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we always do our best to be understanding when unexpected situations arise. This policy simply helps us protect the time and livelihood of the professionals who have set aside that appointment just for you.
