“Welcome home to yourself.”
These words have become a big part of how I think about healing.
To me, coming home to yourself is about learning to listen again.
To your body.
To your rhythms.
To what nourishes you.
To what depletes you.
And to the quieter parts of yourself that can be hard to hear when life gets busy.
One of the things I love most about Ayurveda is that it doesn’t ask us all to follow the same path.
It reminds us that we are each unique—and that our needs can change through different seasons and stages of our lives.
For me, Ayurveda has been a practice of becoming more aware of those changes and learning how to meet myself where I actually am, rather than where I think I should be.
That is what “coming home” means to me.
It’s about learning to trust yourself, listen more deeply, and honor what you need in each season of life.
And when life inevitably pulls you out of balance, knowing there are simple ways to find your way back.
And I think we all need that reminder sometimes.

So excited to open my home for a cozy and nourishing gathering ✨
On May 1st at 10:30am, I’ll be hosting a small Ayurvedic ghee-making class where we’ll slow down, connect, and learn the simple, sacred process of making this golden medicine.
Ghee has been used for centuries in Ayurveda to support digestion, nourish the body, and bring balance to the system—and it’s something you can easily make yourself with a little guidance.
You’ll leave not only with the knowledge and experience, but also a small jar of freshly made ghee to take home 🤍
