Sedona Infinity Spa & Wellness Center

✨ Congratulations to Sedona Infinity Spa ✨

We are honored to share that Sedona Infinity Spa has been recognized as one of the few awardees invited to secure their place in the upcoming Resorts and Retreats Awards 2026 announcement with LuxLife Resorts & Retreats.

This recognition celebrates the heart of what Sedona Infinity Spa was created to be — a peaceful sanctuary for healing, relaxation, renewal, and meaningful wellness experiences in the heart of Sedona.

From our Salt Room and sound therapy to massage, energy work, red light therapy, and restorative spa experiences, every offering is designed with care, intention, and a deep commitment to helping guests feel renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

Thank you to our incredible clients, practitioners, and community for continuing to support Sedona Infinity Spa. We are grateful, excited, and honored to be part of this recognition. 🌿

Step into the sacred beauty of Sedona for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience where yoga, sound, and nature come together in perfect harmony. Wednesdays at 8:00 am.

Your 2.5-hour journey begins with a grounding yoga practice guided by Elizabeth amid Sedona’s breathtaking red rock landscape. With more than 25 years of teaching and training in yoga, Elizabeth thoughtfully guides guests through gentle, intentional movement, mindful breathing, and restorative poses suitable for all experience levels.

Together, Elizabeth’s experienced yoga guidance and Gigi’s sacred sound work create an immersive experience designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.

Following the guided session, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and take in the peaceful beauty of the surrounding red rocks, allowing the movement, sound, and energy of Sedona to settle within you.

This outdoor experience is ideal for anyone seeking restoration, inner peace, mindful movement, and a deeper connection with Sedona’s natural magic.

Included: Yoga mats are provided.

This Week’s Wellness Spotlight: Salt Therapy for Athletes

Whether you’re training for your next event, hiking Sedona’s red rocks, hitting the gym, playing golf, or simply living an active lifestyle, recovery matters.

At Sedona Infinity Spa & Wellness Center, our Salt Room offers a peaceful way to slow down, breathe deeply, and give your body time to reset.

Why Athletes Love Halotherapy

During a salt therapy session, microscopic particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt are dispersed into the Salt Room while you relax and breathe normally.

For active individuals, halotherapy may help support:

- Clearer, more comfortable breathing
- Respiratory wellness, especially after outdoor activity
- Relaxation after intense training or competition
- Rest and recovery between workouts
- A calming reset for the nervous system
- Overall wellness and self-care

Breathe. Recover. Reset.

Recovery doesn’t have to mean doing more. Sometimes your body needs an opportunity to simply rest.

Spend 45 minutes in our Salt Room and allow yourself to unplug, breathe, and recharge before your next workout, hike, round of golf, race, or adventure.

Take Your Recovery Even Further

Pair Salt Therapy with one of our other wellness services for a more complete recovery experience:

Salt + Red Light Therapy

A great combination for athletes looking to incorporate both relaxation and light-based wellness into their recovery routine.

Salt + Massage
Relax in the Salt Room before or after massage therapy to create a restorative spa experience from beginning to end.

Salt + Recovery Lounge
Add compression boots and relaxation time for tired legs after hiking, running, cycling, golf, or an intense workout.

Perfect for Sedona’s Active Lifestyle

Visitors and locals alike come to Sedona to hike, bike, golf, train, explore, and move. Your recovery deserves just as much attention as your activity.

Sedona Infinity Spa & Wellness Center
Breathe deeper. Recover fully. Keep moving.
