I’ve been thinking about The Survivor Navigation Project for a while, and I finally decided to stop talking about it and start building it.

This project is deeply personal to me, and I’m passionate about creating something that helps survivors feel less alone and more supported while navigating what comes next.

I want this to be a place survivors can come to when they’re thinking, “what do I even do now, how do I move on, how do I cope” A place to find resources, support, guidance, and people who can actually help.

The Survivor Navigation Project is by survivors, for survivors. It’s rooted in lived experience, compassion, and the belief that no one should have to figure everything out alone after experiencing trauma.

Right now it’s just me, a name, an Instagram page, and a whole lot of figuring things out . I’m learning, connecting with people who already do this work, and building a network that I hope can make a real difference.

Seven members of Chi Phi fraternity at Cornell haven't faced charges despite a civil lawsuit alleging they drugged and assaulted a student in October 2024. I started a petition asking the District Attorney to thoroughly investigate and prosecute these cases with the evidence now available.

A little personal update 🤍

Surgery went well! I’m definitely in some pain and taking it easy, but I wanted to let all of my clients know that I’m okay and recovering. 🥹🤍

So many of you asked me to keep you updated, and I appreciate every single message, prayer, and kind thought more than you know. 🫶🏼

I’m resting, healing, and taking the time my body needs. I can’t wait to be back behind the chair and doing what I love with all of you! ✂️✨

Thank you for being so understanding and caring. 🤍
