I’ve known John for over 10 years, and around here, Landon and I call him PJ — Poppa John. So getting to sit down with him and have these conversations every Monday morning has been pretty special.
Our Healthy Living: Morning Coffee series is part of John’s Flight Lines: Stories Behind the Stories platform, and we’re talking about REAL life — not perfection.
We’ve talked about creating a healthier kitchen, decluttering your space to reduce stress, finding better options when life is busy and you have to eat out, and so much more.

I love these conversations because healthy living isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about being intentional, proactive, and finding small ways to take better care of yourself in the middle of real life.

When Nina wrote this, I honestly had to sit with it for a minute. To be seen not just for what I do, but for the heart behind it, is one of the greatest gifts.✨🥹
I don’t ever want someone to feel like they’re “just getting a massage” when they’re on my table. I want you to feel heard. Cared for. Safe. Seen. I want you to leave feeling a little lighter, not just in your body, but in your heart and your spirit, too.

I’m incredibly grateful that I get to do work I genuinely love and even more grateful that I get to make an impact in people’s lives through it.
Being invited into someone’s self-care, their healing, their exhale, their “I just need a minute” moment… is something I never want to take for granted.
