Every measurement matters. Every pour counts. That’s what handmade means to us. 🧼
The sun’s barely up, but these athletes have already decided how their day is going to go. Runner hitting the pavement. Rower on the water. Hockey player on the ice. Soccer player perfecting their touch. Different disciplines, one mindset: show up when it’s hard.
This summer, Seattle hosted six World Cup matches that brought our city together in ways we hadn’t seen before. We watched Kerim Alajbegović weave through defenders for a Goal of the Tournament contender. We held our breath as Youri Tielemans scored one of the latest goals in World Cup history to complete Belgium’s comeback. We celebrated with 350,000 fans at the waterfront over 26 days.
But here’s what those moments have in common with this video: they all started with someone choosing to do the work when nobody was watching. The athletes who performed on that World Cup stage didn’t get there by sleeping in. They got there by training at dawn, by pushing through when it would’ve been easier to quit, by treating every morning like it matters.
Because it does. Sleeping in is for suckers—you make the most of your talents and your day. 🌅⚽

The UW Quad transforms into pure magic when those cherry trees bloom 🌸 There’s something about Seattle in springtime that makes you pause and appreciate where we call home. These moments remind us why we’re so grateful to be part of this beautiful city.
A quick update from Anne about our workshop move to Fremont! The city’s permitting and inspection process is taking longer than we hoped, but we’re staying patient and positive. This gives us more time to perfect our plans for the new space and think up ways to celebrate with all of you when we finally get those keys. Thanks for your patience as we work through this process - good news is coming!
