Starting August 1st, we will require a deposit for all appointments, especially for group bookings.
We understand that unexpected situations happen, and our goal has always been to make every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible while providing service that is worthy of your time and investment.
However, we’ve recently experienced a significant increase in no-call, no-show appointments as well as appointments made with invalid phone numbers. Because of this, we have had to make the difficult decision to introduce a deposit policy.
