My intention for the upcoming year is to stay rooted in perspective. The world can feel like it’s spinning fast (& chaotically) but every time I’m in nature & being present w/ my people it feels tolerable, peaceful even! I’m so grateful both my parents are healthy and my siblings + chosen family are too. It’s easy to take our health for granted while we’re young & I’m appreciative of having a healthy body, mind, & spirit.
