We have top floor access to a fig tree - in-between clients we pick pounds and pounds. Tasha made us a picking stick - the window is wide open- summer breeze, summer fruit, good-vibes here in the clinic đź’š

New Therapist Announcement: Welcome, Bridget! We are so glad that you are here.
Bridget is a bodyworker whose intuitive, trauma-sensitive approach blends Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Facilitation, and Craniosacral-inspired touch, shaped to meet each person’s body exactly where it is.
Drawing on holistic healing traditions including energy work and Curanderismo, she creates a space where clients can slow down, soften, and listen inward, gently supporting the nervous system toward rest and integration.
Her work resonates especially with highly sensitive people, caregivers, helping professionals, and anyone navigating chronic illness, fatigue, grief, stress, or a season of transition.
Whatever brings you in — physical discomfort, nervous system support, or simply a place to exhale — you’re welcome exactly as you are, and you’ll leave her table feeling more grounded, more present, and more at home in your own body.
Bridget is here on Saturdays and Tuesdays.

June’s Workshop Wednesday was a spirit-expanding, heart-warming, understanding-elevating discussion with Colette Crawford, who has been serving the birth & family community of Seattle as a nurse, yoga instructor and craniosacral therapist for 40 years. She is the founder of Sri Janani Yoga in Greenlake, where she has been supporting families & mamas in session, in class, and in community for 30 years.
We invited her to join us to share her wisdom on the relational field that affects a client while in session. This could be a parent who is present for their child, a caregiver, or even family and ancestors who are not in the room.
It is a meaningful truth that we carry all the people we know and love, as well as the generations who have come before us, with us all the time, and that they have a big impact on who we are and how we feel in our bodies.
A core value of our practice to tend to our client’s sense of safety. This is a complex and sacred job. We venture to many corners of our inner and outer universe to gain understanding and to grow our sensitive skillsets that we tend with.
