Am Yisrael Chai. May their memories be a blessing.
So what’s your skincare made of? 😕🤔
Apparently, wearing eye patches in public is a status thing now.
Honestly, at 47, I’m here for it.
I’m not trying to look 27, but I also don’t want my eyes making me look tired when I’m not.
The skin around our eyes is so thin, so dryness and fine lines show up there fast.
That’s why I layer my hydration with an eye elixir, eye cream and now these Olive Glow Eye Patches.
They’re made with olive fruit juice instead of water, plus hyaluronic acid, aloe and soluble collagen to hydrate, soothe and help my skin look smoother and more refreshed.
And can we talk about the tiny olives?
Yes, I would absolutely wear these in public.
Comment EYES and I’ll send you my full eye routine.
We all love the ease of a two-in-one product.
Fewer products. Fewer steps. I totally get it.
But sometimes a product that is trying to do two jobs doesn’t do either one as well as I want it to.
My face cream and my sunscreen have two very different jobs.
My face cream is there to hydrate, nourish and support my skin. It uses olive leaf cell elixir instead of water as its base and contains olive antioxidants like hydroxytyrosol. My skin feels soft, healthy and hydrated—and that matters even more to me now that I’m over 40.
My sunscreen has another job: protecting my skin from UVA and UVB rays.
I personally choose a mineral sunscreen made with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Mineral filters work mostly by deflecting and scattering the sun’s rays and it works immediately. Chemical sunscreen is absorbed in to the skin, disperses UV rays through the body and needs 20 minutes to become effective.
And yes, I care about the ingredients too.
Many sunscreen ingredients have been linked to health issues from allergies to infertility.
To me, protecting my skin while using ingredients I feel good about just makes sense.
So I use the face cream my skin needs first. Then I apply a separate broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen.
Two products. Two different jobs.

When you’re fighting cancer — or trying to prevent it — every choice matters. From what you put on your skin to what you put in your body, to something even more invisible yet just as critical: the air you breathe.
Most people don’t realize that the air inside their homes is often 2 to 5 times more polluted than the outdoor air. Ironically, in trying to protect ourselves — shutting windows, using “clean” air sprays, plugging in chemical-filled fresheners — we trap toxins inside. We breathe them in, hour after hour, day after day.
1. Open your windows whenever possible! Let the fresh air in.
2. Fill your home with plants. Certain plants naturally filter out toxins.
3. Switch to non-toxic cleaning products like vinegar, baking soda and Castile soap.
4. You may not want to hear this but get rid of that wall to wall carpeting.

I always brace a midday pickup. I would make another coffee which I love but it can make me crash or keep me up later.
Once they launched this I was happy because it has nootropics for brain health and focus. I need that!
It’s not salty and because it’s got clinically studied paraxanthine plus electrolytes — smoother, longer-lasting energy and sharper focus. Yes, please!
