Before you scroll past because "human design" sounds like something it's not - give me 30 seconds.
I learned mine at an Ayurvedic retreat.
It's not a religion. It doesn't ask you to believe in anything or step away from your faith.
It's simply a tool, a framework for understanding your own patterns. Why you do what you do, again and again, without knowing why.
For me it explained my relationships, my leadership, my exhaustion. Years of feeling like too much in some rooms and invisible in others.
You don't have to change what you believe to find this useful. You just have to be willing to look at yourself a little differently.
