This client naturally has lower-set brows with a beautiful arch through the tail. Our goal was to gently lift the brow from the inner “11s” area through the tail, allowing the entire brow to rise together without creating an exaggerated or unnatural curve.

Every forehead is different, which means every treatment plan should be too.
During our beautiful clients assessment, we noticed this patient still relies on the muscles in the center of her forehead to help lift her brows. If those muscles are relaxed too aggressively - especially in someone with lower-set brows - it can contribute to a heavier appearance or brow ptosis.
That’s why anatomy always comes first. Understanding how someone moves is just as important as deciding where to treat. A customized approach helps create natural-looking results while preserving the movement and support each patient needs.

Men’s tox isn’t just the same treatment with a different number of units. Placement matters just as much.
Around the brows, for example, we may treat a male patient differently because we’re typically trying to maintain a flatter, stronger brow position. With women, we may intentionally create a little more lift through certain injection patterns. Doing that same thing too aggressively on a man can change the shape of the brow in a way that doesn’t fit his natural features.
Muscle strength, brow position, facial structure, and the way each person naturally moves all play a role in where we inject and how much we use.
This is why tox placement should be based on the individual and not a standard injection map.

This beautiful patient of ours traveled from Telluride for a full-face rejuvenation.
Her treatment plan included 8 syringes placed throughout the temples, cheeks, preauricular area, lips, and jawline.
Each area was chosen for a different reason. Restoring temple support can soften the upper face, the cheeks help support the midface, the preauricular area can improve facial contour, and subtle work in the lips and jawline helps create better balance from every angle.
When you look at the before and after as a whole, it’s not one feature that stands out, rather it’s how everything works together.
