From 8th grade to her senior year, and now getting ready to play Division I soccer. ⚽️
Nyah Huck has been part of the BNL family from the very beginning, and it’s been pretty special getting to watch her grow over the years.
Even though she doesn’t live close by anymore, whenever she’s back in town she still makes time to stop by, and that means a lot to us.
We had some fun with this little interview and taste-test session, but more than anything, this post is just a thank-you to Nyah for always supporting BNL and letting us be a small part of her journey.
We’re proud of you, Nyah, and we can’t wait to see what you do at the next level. Keep working, keep enjoying the process, and know you’ll always have a home at BNL.

🏐 WELCOME TO BNL!
We always enjoy meeting athletes who are in town to compete, and today we had a St. Thomas More volleyball player stop by before her game for a tea with electrolytes, vitamin C, and zinc.
One of the best parts of Bluffs Nutrition Lounge is getting to meet student-athletes from all over the region, and even from out of state, as they travel through Scottsbluff for games, tournaments, and events.
Thank you for making BNL part of your game day stop. We appreciate every athlete, family, and team that walks through our doors. Good luck on the court! 🏐

A big thank you to Marcene and Alyssa, professors in the WNCC Surgical Technology Program, for stopping by BNL and treating their students during Surgical Tech Week. 🩺
They picked up teas made with caffeine, B vitamins, aloe vera extract, electrolytes, and collagen to help make the week a little more special for their students.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the people who are learning, teaching, and preparing to serve our community in such an important profession.

Practice was going fine. Then BNL showed up. ⛳️
We had a blast teaming up with the Eastern Wyoming College Golf Team.
What started as a normal day on the course quickly turned into a whole different vibe once BNL pulled up. More laughs, more energy, and a lot more fun.
That’s what we love about working with athletes. Put in the work, compete hard, and enjoy the process along the way.
Big thank you to EWC Golf for letting us be part of practice and have some fun with the team. Wishing these guys a great season, low scores, and plenty of good memories along the way.
