Going from a deep brunette to a level 9/10 blonde means your hair has to work through stages of warmth first—red, orange, gold, yellow, and eventually that beautiful pale yellow needed for a clean blonde.

If you have an appointment with me for a color service, highlight, balayage, or any lightening service, please make sure you come in with clean AND completely dry hair. 🫶🏼

I absolutely appreciate you coming in with clean hair, but please make sure it is dry when you arrive. Wet hair adds extra time to the appointment because I have to dry it before we can begin your service.

This helps me stay on schedule and ensures we have the full amount of time needed to give you the best results possible! 🤍

✨ A little booking policy reminder! ✨

Going forward, if your deposit and/or appointment confirmation is not completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled service, your appointment will automatically be canceled.

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up! ❤️ I will always have grace when it comes to unexpected situations, but communication is a BIG thing for me. If I don’t hear from you and I don’t have your deposit/confirmation, I have no way of knowing if you’re actually planning to show up.

I also have other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, and if I have someone wanting that time slot, I’m going to give that spot to the person who is ready to confirm and book.

My time is valuable, and so is yours! This policy helps me keep my books organized, respect everyone’s time, and make sure I’m able to fill openings when they come available. 🤍

So please make sure you’re getting those confirmations and deposits taken care of at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid your appointment being canceled.
