Sometimes you just need a sunset at the beach to reset your inner peace. It's been an extremely stressful few weeks for us... but good news and a beautiful sunset make for the best kind of medicine.

Anyone who really knows me knows I have zero domestic skills... can't sew unless it involves duct tape, can't iron unless you want to look like you just went for a roll in the hay, and well, my cooking skills would give any winner of the Worst Cooks in America a run for their money. So, when my brother Bob asked me if we needed any cloth masks, I said yes faster than a politician can run from the truth. I told him I was tired of the duct tape mask I made 'cause it smelled funny and I was tired of all the funny looks I was getting. 😂 All kidding aside, Kecia, Madison and Bob, in these days kindness matters... thank you for your kindness. I will pay it forward❤

WARNING: This post is not what you think...
It's Easter and Passover and you're probably wondering why I am wearing a workout top and not my Easter finest. In fact I'd bet you're probably saying to yourself "This quarantine stuff has finally made her lose her s**t". But this is really a post about KINDNESS!.
Every single time I put this top on I am reminded of my client from my personal training days. Every single time I put this top on I say a silent "Thank you Judi"
Five years ago this top was torn. Judi without hesitation offered to repair it for me.
She didn't know that I can't sew.
She didn't know that it is my favorite top - (of course it is, it's pink!).
She didn't know I couldn't afford to have it repaired.
She didn't know that her simple act of kindness 5 years ago still resonates with me everytime I wear this top.
You never know the impact your kindness can have and how far forward it can carry.
Simple acts of kindness can make heroes out of all of us.

Our evening walk tonight. Blessed for the decompression from the stress of the times. Fresh air, birds singing, neighbors we never saw before...there are some good things to take away from the days of quarantine. Be kind and stay safe everyone!❤
