This one is extra special because The Blakely Collection started with my daughter, Blakely.

Blakely has beautiful curly hair and a sensitive scalp, and as a mom, I was tired of the morning battle that came with brushing it. I wanted a brush that would glide through her hair gently without the pulling, snagging, and unnecessary tugging that turned getting ready into a fight.

And as a hairstylist, I thought…

There HAS to be a better brush.

So I found one. ✨

The Blakely Collection was designed to be a versatile brush that can move through wet or dry hair, straight or curly hair, smooth or teased hair—helping you detangle, style, smooth, and work through the hair without feeling like you’re fighting it.

The metal bristles feature smooth tips without traditional balls on the ends, helping prevent the bristles from catching and snagging individual strands.

And because I created this with the salon in mind, it needed to hold up behind the chair too. The metal bristles are easy to clean and color-friendly; when properly washed after use, they are designed to resist staining from professional hair color.

But The Blakely isn’t just for hairstylists.

I wanted the stylist behind the chair AND the person standing in their bathroom at home to have access to that “wait…where has this brush been my whole life?” feeling. 😂🤍
