September certainly has been a roller coaster of weather this year. It is completely bonkers the the end of this week is October!! I have been trying my hardest to soak up the last of the sunshine.

How is your body feeling? How are your stress levels? Your range of motion?? Our therapists are continually striving to achieve a higher knowledge of ways to assist your body's healing processing. Here are a few suggestions for you .... try Thai massage and stretching to assist with your tightness and range of motion, it could be life alerting. Then for your higher stress levels, maybe feeling anxious a bit? I suggest you try Vagus Toning. Bring your nervous system now from an 11! Have headaches, tight jaw, clenching? Try TMJ work, this includes pterygoid massage from inside. Recently had surgery? I would suggest Lymphatic facilitation. NO matter what we are here for your body.

Also possibly in the works is starting a mobile massage branch of Santa Rosa Medical Massage would you please be so kind and let me know in a reply to this email what you feel about mobile massage and if you would use this branch of our business?? I would appreciate it very much. It takes a village.

Hello!

Hope your weekend is going well! Did you make it to the Railroad Square music festival? Great turn out this year.

We have some new modalities on the menu Vagus Toning: supporting relaxation and nervous-system regulation rather than claiming to medically “reset” or directly treat the vagus nerve.

We have also added Thai massage and stretching:
A therapeutic combination of assisted stretching, compression, and targeted movement designed to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility and range of motion, and promote relaxation.

We are working on adding monthly subscriptions for you. Remember we accept Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. We have packages of 3 and 6 for most modalities saving 10%.

We now have Saturdays and Sundays Staffed with two therapists to assist your body.

We are in the works setting up a beautiful new website that does not go down as often!! We are very excited! Thank you for embracing our growth this year. we are so grateful for your decision to support a locally woman owned business, and for your trust in our work.
