✨Happy Birthday to my amazing sister I am SOOOOO happy to have you back in California. I love you very much! Have the best day 😘✨

✨ Support Local ✨ Just took a beautiful drive downtown to one of my favorite local restaurants and picked up a CSA box. Supporting local businesses, including local farmers. I am very excited to cook with my family tonight 👩🏼‍🍳 and can’t wait to show you what I come up with. They are also taking orders for drinks to-go. I decided on the beet turmeric tonic 🍹 Cheers to amazing food and drinks. Thank you Pearl! 💕✨

✨Finding sunshine 🌞✨ As I start DAY ONE of Shelter In Place, I finally feel like my body has relaxed. This week has been extremely stressful with the unknown of my small business and when I was going to close the doors. Last night I cried, but I finally slept through the night, and slept in on top of that. I had a crazy dream with my spirit animal and know I am on the right path, and know I am doing the right thing. It allowed me to feel peace in a time of chaos. Today, I am I am taking the day to relax, breathe and hangout with my family. I will start online classes ASAP, but for now, I need one day. Sending so much love to everyone, as we are all going through this together. Sending a little extra love to all my small business owners, we can do this. We can make it though. Thank you for the support. I really appreciate everyone who has reached out with kind words. Being kind doesn’t cost any money at all, and that is an amazing way to support small. Let’s spread the love, and tag your favorite small businesses. Tell them what you love about their business. Also, if you were curious as to what my spirit animal is...it’s an orca.
