This past weekend at Redken Symposium was one of those experiences that reminds me why I love this industry so much.

I had the honor of sharing two conversations that are deeply meaningful to me.

On Saturday, Wellness in the Salon gave us the opportunity to explore how we care for ourselves while continuing to care for others behind the chair.

On Sunday, I stepped onto the stage to present WHAT REMAINS MATTERS: Mastering Transformation Beyond Length—a class centered around the idea that true transformation isn’t always about what we remove, but what we intentionally leave behind.

The love, support, engagement, and feedback I received throughout the weekend was overwhelming in the best possible way.

To everyone who attended a class, stopped me in the hallway, shared a conversation, offered encouragement, laughed, learned, connected, and yes… joined in on a little “Yum Yum Yum”—thank you.

To my Redken family, my models, my support team, and everyone who helped bring these experiences to life, thank you for trusting me with the opportunity to contribute.

In less than a week, I’ll be heading to Las Vegas to prepare for the largest event in our industry.

What an honor.

Every year, Symposium reminds me why I love this industry so much—the creativity, the artistry, the relationships, and the opportunity to continue learning and growing together.

This year feels especially meaningful as I prepare to share WHAT REMAINS MATTERS: Mastering Transformation Beyond Length as part of THE POWER OF THE PRO, exploring how intentional cutting, shape, and design create impactful transformation.

I’m also excited to be part of the Unplugged Stage on Saturday for Wellness in the Salon, an intimate conversation about mastering the art of caring for ourselves while giving our all to the guests we serve. Because the longevity of our careers is about more than technical skill—it’s about sustaining the artist behind the chair.

I’m grateful for every person who has been part of this journey and excited to connect with so many of you in person.
