Mat Ballet with Kara
October 8 at 10 AM
A full-body workout on the mat with fun music, a focus on posture and alignment, and plenty of strength work. We’ll finish standing and stretch it out.
Dance + Flow with Jaime
October 17 at 5:30 PM
