A few months ago, I got to guest speak at the sweetest wellness event in Oakland🤎

Hosted by Shanique, a licensed therapist who takes real themes she often talks about with clients and turns them into community conversations, paired with beauty topics you can actually use in your everyday life.

This reset’s theme was “what’s underneath changes everything” — your skin’s undertone, and the emotional undertones (the core beliefs + dysregulation states) that shape how you show up in every room.

It was truly such an honor to lead the live undertone demo for this group of women! Thank you Shanique Walker, LCSW - Licensed Therapist and the Glow From Within team for having me and for giving back to the community in such a beautiful way!🥰

Korea has fully taken over the beauty world: skincare, lash lifts, perms .. they really said “we know what we’re doing” and honestly, we’re all listening!
