We are excited to announce Michelle will be teaching classes again this year. This course is designed to train someone to perform a full body lymphatic massage, learn the basics of detox and step into a new way of working with the body.
While this class is ideal for body workers looking to expands their current practice michelle has taught many people for their own self care journey as well. This is a class that has compiled Michelle’s 18 years of experience in the industry and made it digestible and fun. If you are ready to learn the real healing magic of lymphatic drainage this is for you!

We release more than our bowels in here! Our body must feel safe to let go and release! This is the ultimate practice in surrender. Our initial reaction to trauma and stress is to clench our guts, brace for impact! It is our job in here to go deep and to let loose.

Michelle has been working with lymphatic clients for 18 years. After every session she sends her clients off with post it notes explaining post care, videos, supplements and more recommendations. She has also been training practitioners for six years in her methods. Our clients have asked for a self guided class, a post treatment care program and a deeper understanding of what lymphatic massage is doing and why they feel so good after. This class was created with these questions in mind! Michelle is most passionate about our breast care class because there is nothing like it offered and there is great need for women to be empowered and understand their breast tissue.
