Things to think about before and after your next injectable appointment...⁣
Before:
*No dental work or vaccinations for two weeks prior.
*Avoid Advil. Aspirin or fish oils the week prior.
*Don't drink alcohol 24 hours prior.
*Arrive with clean skin.
*Tell your injector about your previous treatments.

After:
*Avoid exercise for 24 hours
*Avoid alcohol and lots of sun or heat for 24 hours
*Ice the area and/or use topical or oral arnica
*Allow for recovery time
*Avoid dental work or vaccinations for two weeks after treatment.
