And looking back, none of it happened the way we expected. Some lessons came fast. Others took years to sink in. All of them shaped how we run things today.

✅ You wear every hat, esthetician, scheduler, bookkeeper, cleaner, before you can afford to hand one off.
✅ Trust builds slower than a client list does, since booking someone once is easy but earning long term trust takes years. That trust means everything to us.
✅ Saying no to the wrong trends and treatments protects the business as much as saying yes grows it, and we’re thankful for the clients who understand that.
✅ Growth feels slow until it doesn’t, and some years feel like nothing’s changing until you look back and see how far you’ve come, thanks to all of you.
