I’ve been MIA... but I’m back. 🖤

I am so determined to kick butt these next couple weeks in the gym ANNNDD in my nutritional habits. 😜 I have 8 more pounds to lose to hit my goal weight, what are your goals? 💫 @ Texas State Campus Recreation

I love you. I would die for you.

I have F O U R 💫 more days left to sign up for my November Challenge!! 🍂 I have lots of packages to choose from for this month and I’m only taking on SIX more clients!! It’s time to get that stomach flat and that 🍑 fat! 🤪 @ Kissing Alley

R A W 💫 Y’ALLLLLL!!! Okay so these pictures aren’t edited a million times and aren’t the best quality, and I originally had no intention on posting them, but I wanted to be super real and transparent with y’all! These past two months I tried my absolute hardest to stay truly dedicated to having a healthier lifestyle without punishing myself or restricting myself from whatever I wanted to eat (in absolute moderation of course), and although I wasn’t perfect I did a damn good job. Having one bad day, one cheat meal, even one cheat day is OKAY!!! I used to get so upset and so down on myself for eating even ONE french fry or ONE bite of pizza and that is NOT healthy you guys! Diets and restricting yourself from certain food groups is NOT the move in 2020!!!!! Make your change NOW!! Lets get you on the right track towards a healthier LIFESTYLE!!! 🤩🙌🏽📲 (swipe to see the transformation 💫) @ Texas State University
