Central Coast Floats is a premier floatation therapy center located in the San Luis Obispo.
We offer floatation therapy, fire and ice therapy and infrared sauna sessions.

Our mental wellness is just as important as physical wellness. Times have changed and we’re grateful that we have JD in our community — someone in law enforcement who knows that his mental wellness is just as critical as physical. We love that he mentions sleep because that’s one thing our tanks help with — rest. If you have trouble sleeping, come try a float.
We are grateful for JD who shares his perspective on integrating a float practice in his life. It’s amazing to hear how it translates to his overall wellbeing, but helps him process his experiences as a police officer.
First-responders need to know how to maintain their composure. According to JD, a regular floater and police officer — breath work is key. Come try floating and practice keeping a calm, cool demeanor.

We have a small private room in our space that we’d love to rent to the right person + practice.
It could be a great fit for a massage therapist, bodyworker, energy worker, somatic practitioner, counselor, wellness provider, or someone offering a service that naturally complements what we already do here.

Central Coast Floats is literally across the street from the SLO airport. A float after a long flight is VERY helpful for jet lag , some say it eliminates jet lag. We would have to agree. ❤️🙏🏻
