For Usage of the whole 2,000 sq ft building and one personal/private Space.

Included within rent for optional use:
-All utilities: internet, AC/Heat etc, shared common space cleaning, detergents, soaps, paper towels toilet paper. Worry about nothing but offering your gift to your clients.
-Linens: towels, sheets
-Basic furniture: available if needed- bed, stool, ring light, bluetooth speaker
-Mindbody scheduling system with AI marketing email and text software
-Group Marketing through: email software and Instagram with large database of existing clients to reach new markets for your business
