Doing body work since 2000. Master @ my Trade. Here to serve.

I do a whole lot to make sure I’m strong enough to work on all of you. Over the years people have asked about my exercise routine. It 💯 % varies day to day. No matter what though, I do something daily. Walking or hiking with my dog brings me great joy but so does a great sweat at the gym and shared laughter. This was one of many workouts and most are totally made up. It’s also important to listen to our bodies and give them rest when asking for it. It’s a constant balance. Do something for you today. Move your body. Even if it’s just a little. Who wants to see more of what your Live Well SLO massage team is about? #movement #fitnessworksmb #gym #repsandsets #livewellslo #massagetherapist #workoutmotivation #workoutroutine #weights 04/22/2025
