The Goal: To walk away from an educational experience with tangible techniques that you can put to use immediately, behind the chair. In developing the curriculum for our next ‘Disrupting Pattern’ course, we aimed to help stylists build out their toolkit so they can continually improve their craft. The purpose isn’t to sell a product, or teach you the on trend “curly haircut,” instead we will encourage you to know how to select the correct product per the request, use the right tools to have a streamlined workflow and affirm your own sensibilities so that you feel empowered to give every single guest a one of a kind experience. Disrupting Pattern is customized education designed to give professionals a wealth of confidence to think creatively about the art of hairdressing. You asked, so I'm doing a second run of The Natural Tee!! Link is live in my bio, these adorable bad boys are being offered through who did an amazing job with the first printing. I love that you can style these in so many ways, is wearing a size S, and I'm wearing an XL in the second slide. We are both 5'8 and wear size 10/12 for reference. I just love that this special moment was captured, such a joy to style my dear little sis Marion on her wedding day. Often times curlies feel pressured to wear their hair straight for the big day, but I say do whatever makes you feel beautiful and comfortable! You can totally have the best of both worlds. How did you wear your hair on your wedding day? Was it up, down, accessorized, or veiled?
