orking in the beauty and selfcare sector for many years and now she found herself working closely with her clientele to find solutions to their individual issues. Increasingly, she found herself drawn more and more towards seeking a natural, chemical free, gentler way of treating their cases, of crafting a product that would not only take away their concerns but contribute to a healthier, cleaner Earth. There was a genuine urge to see them happy and healthy, confident, and assertive in their lives. She took to researching ways of creating customized solutions for hair, one which also included beards, moustaches, and sideburns (men’s hair concerns) and came up with a special henna paste that would cover grays effectively as well as condition and nourish the strands of hair. Plus, it would be available to users in no fuss, minimum-mess packaging. So, her own preparation of Ready-to-use henna, infused with the supreme goodness of several herbs and botanical extracts was created after substantial research and tests, and her clients were so happy that they kept restocking the product. It was beyond encouraging for her. Soon, she started getting queries for its availability beyond California. Many urged her to scale up her products so that a lot more people could use and benefit from them. After years of hard work, research, education, knowledge, and a growing base of happy consumers, she took the plunge and decided to reach out to anyone on the lookout for natural, botanical solutions for themselves and their loved one. It was going to be a brand-new adventure but worth it, she determined. Besides, she didn’t want to give up without trying her very best. She started the process of creating her own unique brand in bigger batches, simultaneously thinking of a name that would speak for itself, crystallizing the sentiment of the product coming straight from Mother Earth, the goodness and beauty of conscious living,

The product line is majorly natural. No effort is spared to ensure that the raw materials and ingredients that go into creating Phool Patti are procured from vendors who use natural and/or organic sources of obtaining them. Phool Patti is artisanal, crafted in small batches under personally supervised conditions. Last but not the least, the founder (and chief artisan) ensures that everything she creates is infused with oodles of her personal positive vibes. The methods are natural, downright simple and mostly decades old, connected intrinsically with Mother Earth and tried successfully on generations of humans. Ruby Walia has, in fact, gone a step further. She has combined modern knowhow and methods to further the goodness of her products, so what you use has is the seamless blend of the virtues of the old and the new. So, you see, Phool Patti is largely the story of a woman trying to make the world a little better to live in through her products that are eco-friendly, natural, gentle on the human body and on the environment.
