✨ Built From the Ground Up ✨

My esthetician journey started back in 2017, when I was taking a lash class and learned that I couldn’t legally perform the services I wanted to offer without becoming a licensed esthetician. That moment changed everything for me.

I didn’t have someone showing me how to start a business, what products to buy, what equipment I needed, or how to build a clientele. There were no handouts and no shortcuts. I researched, invested, made mistakes, and figured things out on my own.

I built Skin and Body by Mara from the ground up, and I’m incredibly proud and protective of what I’ve worked so hard to create. Every client who walks through my door gets my time, attention, professionalism, and genuine care.

One thing I have always believed in is keeping business and personal life separate. Business is business. No matter what may be happening outside of my treatment room, when I show up for my clients, I show up as a professional.

I’ve worked way too hard to allow anything or anyone to get in the way of what I’ve built. This business represents years of dedication, sacrifice, and hard work, and I’m proud of where I am today.
