Let me re-introduce myself — I’m Lea, the face behind Winkistry 🌱
I’ve been lashing since 2019 (right before the world shut down 😅). During that time, I focused on serving frontline healthcare workers — and wow, we really survived that season. Since then, I’ve continued growing by attending lash events in and out of California, becoming an ambassador for my mentor , and building genuine friendships with both artists and clients.
This industry has taught me three big things:
• Be present. Time is a thief. The relationships I’ve built with my clients — watching them become wives, mamas, aunties — mean everything to me. One intentional, positive interaction can go a long way.
• Quality over quantity. Peace > pressure. Always.
• Grow where you’re planted. My brand motto. There is always room to learn, elevate, and become better — right where you are.
