Our partnership with Oceana began with protecting sharks.
When Biossance pioneered sustainably sourced sugarcane squalane as an alternative to shark-derived squalane, we made a choice that reflected what we believed: skincare should never come at the expense of our oceans.
That choice led to a partnership with Oceana in 2019. Since then, we’ve contributed more than $1 million to support ocean conservation and the protection of marine life.
