Meet frank. my newest salon venture at the MacArthur Annex in Oakland’s Temescal District. I am a hair color specialist with 20 years+ experience in the industry. My career began in Santa Rosa at J Leonard Salon before moving to San Francisco to apprentice at the famed Architects & Heroes. Upon completion of the apprentice program, I went on to become a color specialist, an educator, and finally the Director of Color Services and Education. I have since worked in some amazing salons around the SF and have trained many of Bay Area’s top colorists. I am now in 2 locations, my private studio in Oakland, frank, and Elan Hair Salon in downtown SF.
