Preservé has gained a lot of attention — but is it the right approach for everyone?

Preservé is a balloon-based technique that creates the implant pocket through blunt dissection, offering a minimally invasive option with quick recovery. Dr. Xu respects the technique but personally prefers the subfascial approach — which also places the implant over the muscle, but through a meticulous, direct dissection that allows full visualization and control of the pocket.
