Smaller size with the right support 🫶
Dr. Rossi walks us through a Reductive Augmentation where he will be removing excess breast tissue to reduce overall size while adding implants to restore shape, support, and upper-pole fullness.
The goal? A smaller, more lifted and proportionate result tailored to the patient’s body.
What makes Motiva implants different? 🩺
In this video, Dr. Rossi breaks down Motiva implants and what patients should know about this implant option. Motiva is known for its smooth surface technology, advanced implant design, and focus on creating a natural look and feel.
From implant structure to how they are designed to move with the body, understanding the differences between implant options is an important part of choosing what’s right for you. Get in touch with us today to learn more📲
Jaw tension, teeth grinding, or a more defined jawline? Masseter Dysport may be an option💉
Dysport can be strategically injected into the masseter muscles to relax muscle activity, which may help reduce the appearance of a wider lower face and can also help with jaw tension associated with clenching or grinding.
At Changes, every treatment is customized to your facial anatomy and aesthetic goals.

A major weight loss journey can be life-changing. But sometimes, significant weight loss leaves behind excess skin that diet and exercise simply can’t address…
In this case, Dr. Rossi is helping this patient who lost a substantial amount of weight using a GLP-1 medication. The next step in her journey was removing the excess skin and reshaping her body with a massive weight loss beltlipectomy, thigh lift, and liposuction.
This is just the next step in a happier, healthier life for her!

Facial rejuvenation isn’t about treating just one area, it’s about creating balance✨
Dr. Rossi explains why addressing the face as a whole, rather than focusing solely on the neck, can create a more natural and harmonious result. When all the elements work together, the goal isn’t to look “done” it’s to look refreshed, balanced, and like yourself.
Every face is different, and your surgical plan should be, too 💙
Some people have a favorite sport… Katie’s just happens to be Dysport 😉💉🏆
Dysport is a neuromodulator that temporarily relaxes targeted muscles to help soften the appearance of dynamic lines and wrinkles—especially in areas like the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes.
