When we hold the vision for one another it becomes as a living prayer. We must support and advocate for what each other is feeling and needing, listening beyond language to get to the heart of the matter.

Yesterday was so highly connective for me. I got to invite my current community to come into my artistic world. I did all my favorite activities with some of my favorite people. I’m rewriting the stories by showing new evidence. I am in connection, joy. I am in the process of releasing judgment, and self-abuse that has been perpetuated by harmful motivators and negative self talk. I am cultivating greater compassion for self and others, remaining open to see new perspectives.
