I am Ania Prange, founder of Ania Glam Lab and I am pleased you stopped by! I was born and raised in Mysliborz, Poland where, as a child, I found my passion in art, shapes and the beauty of colors. I always knew I had to integrate this passion into my everyday life. I am San Diego based bridal hair & makeup artist who lives for giving you the effortless wedding GLAM experience of your dreams! With 15 years in the beauty industry and additional experience in photography and styling - my approach to our wedding hair & makeup relationship is a holistic one. We only get one shot at your special day! I am here to make it as relaxed as possible, and give you all the time to make memories with the special people in your life, while I pamper you all and help you to look your best. What I’ve learned about pricing after 15 years and 500+ brides.
Booked every weekend and still short of my goal. That was me for years.
I kept looking for more brides. More inquiries, more trials, more Saturdays. It never closed the gap.
Then I did the math. I took what I wanted for the year and divided it by the weddings I could actually work. The price one wedding needed was almost double what I was charging.
But I could not just type a bigger number into my inquiry reply. Nobody books a bigger price with nothing behind it.
So I asked a harder question. What kind of bridal hair and makeup artist does a bride pay that number for?
Then I became her. I changed how I booked brides. I changed what I delivered. I changed the experience I gave every single one.
The math gave me the number. Positioning is what earned it.
