29 was the worst year of my life, if I am putting it lightly.

Life pushes pretty hard sometimes and boy did it give me it’s all.

I’m proud I’m still here and that’s a silver lining I’m holding onto and for me that’s enough.

Give yourself grace and then give a little more.
