Heal Thy Goddess

For so many years, I would lay my head at night and think, “I was a great businesswoman today.” Or, “I was a great MOM today.”

But never both.

I always felt like I was either succeeding in business and failing as a mother… or killing it as a mom but failing as a business owner.

Eventually, I had to really sit with how fleeting time is.

What does it matter how much my business is generating, if I’m missing out on precious, priceless moments with my child that I will never get back?

And yet, when I focused too much on motherhood, I felt like I was failing as a business owner. Like everything would fall apart without me.

It’s taken a lot of time to recalibrate. to reassess my goals, my vision, and what I actually want my life (&business) to look like.

I’m so done with the “boss babe” mentality of hustling at all costs. Team no sleep. Team fried nervous system.

I wanted off that merry-go-round.

& Since downsizing back to a solo practice, I’ve found a much healthier sense of balance.

And it doesn’t mean I’m a failure as a businesswoman. It means I’m finally valuing myself as a whole human being.

My worth is not determined by my productivity, my revenue, the size of my team, or how much I can accomplish in a day.
My worth exists outside of my career performance.

So instead, I find myself asking different questions:

How many lives can I touch today? How can I be present for the people I love? How can I do meaningful work that lights me up without sacrificing myself in the process?

Maybe success isn’t about numbers or optics, but rather building a life that actually feels aligned. Aligned in purpose. Aligned in faith. Aligned in love

If you’re a business owner and a mother, just know that I see you. you’re doing amazing. you don’t have to choose between being a great mother and building a meaningful business; you’re allowed to create a life where both can coexist 🤍

This summer, my teachings consisted of one group class on intraoral buccal massage + facial sculpting, and one 1:1 mentorship.

Teaching fills my cup.

I can only touch so many people in a day. But when I teach HEALERS, and they carry my teachings into the world through their own unique expression of healing arts, it creates a ripple effect, far beyond who I alone can touch.. Creating a greater impact on the collective. 🙏🏼🕉️🌎🌀🌀🌀

This fall, I’ll be hosting my first alumni workshop! A refresher for past students who want to refine their skills, reconnect with the work, and connect with one another. (October 17th)🤍

And my next intraoral workshop will be in January 2027.

& As always, I take 1:1 mentorships on an ongoing basis for those who feel called to go deeper.

Grateful to teach, to learn, and to witness these teachings continue to ripple outward. 🤍
